Started my career with NIIT Computer education, working with a Franchisee and then moved up the ladder to join NIIT Ltd. Where I was handling the Central zone of MP/CG & Vidharbha under the K12 program, which represented IT education in the school, my territory contributed 18% of the revenue for our department.

From there on I moved to Insurance and worked for 4 years in Nairobi Kenya for an insurance company looking after their claim settlements and Marine bonds.

Enter the telecom boom and I joined the bandwagon with TATA Teleservices Gujarat and was handling their Branded Retail business and from there on moved to Reliance Infocom, DAKC handling a national profile of Retail Roll out of Company & Franchisee stores for the brand. With the opening of the telecom sector saw new entrants and I was picked up by Telenor as their Retail Head Karnataka, in this profile I was handling more than 25000 POS outlets of the company across Karnataka and was also responsible for the roll out and operations of Company & Franchisee outlets across Karnataka. Was responsible for the profitability of the outlets as well as designing the marketing strategy.

From there on I was introduced to Dr. Paul Polak through a common friend Sunil Benepuri/ Jacob Mathew, this move brought me into the social enterprise venture.

At Spring Health I have been handling operations, Sales and the fund raising under the capacity of the CEO of the company.

I love to read and travel and in my free time do like catching up on sports and other activities.
