He received his Bachelor of Commerce from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata and eventually earned his spot as Business development manager at NIIT Kolkata. After his three-year career as a manager there, Mr. Mall decided it was time for a change of scenery and sold his business to use the amount as capital to fulfil his teenage dream of working towards E- Waste management. Waste management has always been a cause of concern in his city. People litter the roads even with dustbins 20 feet away and so to him bringing recycling into everyday lives is more an inspirational job than business. Numerous roles of leadership through his life have proved his ability to inspire. At 28, he is perhaps the youngest entrepreneur in this field.

In addition to being an entrepreneur Mr. Mall is a regular contributor to numerous blogs and an enthusiastic Kolkata Knight rider’s fan. He has won the “Kolkata Green Future Leadership Award” in the year 2017 and 2018. Presently, he resides in Kolkata with his parents Shree Prakash & Mrs. Vidya and their dog Goldie, and his prized marvel comic collection.

Mr. Mall is of the opinion that people need to change their attitude towards the environment and human life. “Nor the government neither any company can alone bring any change; it is the mind-set of the people that can bring the change. The condition will never change until everyone starts to understand the need. The climate is changing at a fast pace and we are reeling under the impacts of this change.”
