Ms Bhagya Rangachar is the Founder CEO of CLT India (Registered as Children's Love Castles Trust) and President of the CLT International Foundation Inc., U.S.A. Bhagya lived in the U.S. and worked as a Software Professional for more than 15 years. She has overseen the development of CLT for over 20 years, from being a Trust that was first to implement mid-day meals in government schools in Karnataka State to an organization that has developed large repository of digital STEM content in regional languages with low-cost technology delivery model with data analytics. CLT's flagship program, e-Patashale, has impacted over 750,000 students learn better in the states of Karnataka, Rajasthan and Maharashtra States.
Bhagya has been recognized as one of the 50 Globally Listed Social Innovators on World CSR Day 2017. Under her leadership, CLT has also been awarded the Digital India award by the Times Group in 2017; Millennium Alliance Award, 2013 by FICCI and USAID for low-cost innovation.
Bhagya believes that each child that is set free with education, in turn, will set a chain of actions that frees many others. This can begin to happen only with access to learning opportunities in every child's environment and that is the impetus for CLT's work!
Suraj is a 1993 PGDPM passout from XISS-Ranchi with an overall experience of around 23 years
He started his career with Bata India in IR and moved in 1996 to Bosch India and then to their HQ in Germany. NHRD Network - Bangalore Chapter recognized him as an achiever under the Young HR Manager category and was also a part of the HR Team that won the Best HR Practices Award from NHRD.
In 2003 he joined General Motors Technical Centre as Head HR and was part of the Leadership Team responsible for setting up their operations in India, then in 2006 he joined Textron India as Director HR and in 2008 was given the additional responsibility of the operations of the Center at Bangalore as their Dy MD and Board Member.
In 2011 Suraj joined Airbus Group India and is now their Regional Director HR.
In 2013 Suraj was conferred with the HR Leadership Award and in 2015 the Top 100 influencing HR leaders in Asia both by the Asia Pacific HRM Congresss and in 2016 and 2017 with the most influential HR Leaders in India at the World HRD Congress.
He was conferred with the Gold Karmaveer Chakra and the Rex Karmaveer Global Fellowship for his contribution towards the Bio Diversity Program by iCongo in association with the UN during 2014-15.
Bridging the growing gap in urban India between those who benefit from the economic liberalization and the majority who don't – through Parikrma Humanity Foundation, a non-government organization founded in 2003. Professional work spans over 26 years in the hospitality sector, and over 13 years in social reform, education advocacy and the social sector. A TED speaker, Shukla Bose was also awarded the Pride of Karnataka Roundtable International in 2015.
In the year 2003, Shukla started the Parkirma Humanity Foundation - A roof-top school in Rajendranagar in Bengaluru with 165 students from the slums. Today, with over four schools and one junior college, Parikrma Humanity Foundation continues to offer high quality education and support to over thousands of children from four orphanages and over 71 slums in the city.
Parikrma Humanity Foundation has been awarded the Derozio Award for excellence in special education and social commitment. Parikrma also received the Governor's award for exemplary social work in January 2007. Parikrma Humanity Foundation is now a chapter included in Cornell University and IIMB. CNBC Digitalizing India Award 2016 for the category of Digital Innovation in Driving Social Impact, CSR Awards for being one of the 50 Most Impactful Social Innovators in 2016.
Initiated the formation of the Education Training Centre (ETC) in 2014 to enhance the quality of education of government schools. Through ETC, Parikrma creates and offers teacher training modules to teachers, other NGO workers, school administrators and social entrepreneurs, fostering excellence in the teaching and learning process.
Shukla has been contributing towards shaping and influencing education policies at the State and National level. Shukla is a member of the Karnataka Knowledge Commission (KKC) - headed by Dr. K Kasturirangan. The KKC aims to enable the development of the vibrant knowledge based society in Karnataka.
She has been nominated as the chairperson to draft the Karnataka school education policy, and works with the Karnataka State Confederation of Indian Industries (CII), IQ Education Excellence Task Force, to check on quality in education.
A member of the national CII Education Committee, Shukla helps in drafting the national policy for schools.
She is on the board of a few private and public sector organizations for prevention of sexual harassment of women at workplace.
A life member of Indian Trust for Rural Heritage and Development, Shukla is also a member of INTACH and assists in planning the preservation of architecture and heritage in the southern states.

She volunteered with Mother Teresa for 7 years. Her experience with slum and street children greatly encouraged her to make the development of under-served children as her mission in life.

Shukla has been invited to speak in international conferences in California, New York, including the India Development Coalition of America conference in Chicago, the IEEE Global Humanitarian Technology Conference IEEE-GHTC 2015, in Seattle, WA and the Beaconhouse School System, Pakistan, 2015. Shukla has also participated in several women empowerment meets and talks at companies like DELL, Cisco, Synopsys, and Yahoo.

Kaushik Sinha is Vice President – Communications (Marketing & Corporate Communications), Corporate Social Responsibility and Administration at Magma Fincorp Limited, a leading NBFC in India.
Kaushik, a former journalist and advertising professional, has spent over two decades in corporate communications. In his current role, Kaushik handles Magma group's marketing, BTL, public relations and internal communications programmes, conceptualizes and manages Magma's Social Impact CSR programme, spearheads online reputation management. Under his leadership, Magma has been consistently recognized in the areas of CorpComm, CSR at various forums.
A Mass-Communications post Graduate, Kaushik has attended high impact training programmes at Indian Institute of Management - Indore, workshops on Innovation and Brand by Graduate School of Business, Stanford University.

Renu Kakkar is Director CSR & Communications, Apeejay Surrendra Group. An alumnus of Lady Sri Ram College and IIMC, she began her career in Delhi as a financial correspondent with The Indian Express Group after working with various media houses as a freelance investigative reporter and contributor. Prior to joining Kolkata based Apeejay Surrendra Group, she was working with The Telegraph at its headquarters in Kolkata as an Assistant Editor specializing in financial markets. Her interest in the potential of the Internet saw her leave media in 2000 to join the internet broking business of Apeejay Securities, Group's stock broking company now owned by IL&FS Investsmart. Renu has worked in various business verticals of the diversified conglomerate, as well as, held an additional charge of heading the Corporate Software Development cell, a Group capability she created in 2001.
The Public Relations Council of India conferred Renu with the "Chanakya Award -2011" - a Social Leadership award for outstanding contribution in the field of social communications. The International Confederation of NGOs conferred her with "Karmaveer Puraskaar-2012" - a Corporate Citizen Award for pursuing holistic CSR Initiatives. Renu has co-founded a not-for-profit company that addresses the deteriorating standards that plague service organizations in India, adversely impacting India's competitiveness in the world. Renu is on the Advisory Council of WLCI School of Digital Media & Communications.
Nidhi is the Global Head of CSR for HCL. She heads the HCL Foundation, which is the CSR arm of HCL Technologies. She leads the Urban Community Development Projects for HCL Foundation as well as the prestigious path-breaking initiatives of Power of 1 and the HCL Grant the HCL Grant. She has set up unique and scalable institutional mechanisms that maximise the utilisation of Corporate Social Responsibility provisions towards achieving sustainable development, thus positively transforming lives of many.
Nidhi is an international social development and management practitioner, with specialization in Child Rights. She has spent 20 years of her professional life in executing Human Rights of girls and boys, their right to health, education and protection from violence in particular. She has a deep understanding of poverty issues and brings on board realistic approaches towards poverty alleviation. Nidhi has conceptualized fund seeking proposals for millions of dollars of grants, for institutional partners, foundations and corporates.
Some of the key portfolios she has held have been with Plan International as National Advisor on Child Rights and Protection, with SOS Children's Villages as Director Programme Development, Asia and with Plan International's International Headquarters as Global Advisor on Child Protection in Development. In her pursuit and passion towards her commitment towards social development, Nidhi has travelled almost 40 countries and most of her home country, India.
Nidhi holds a Masters in Hospital & Health Administration from IIHMR University, Jaipur and an M. Phil. (Health Systems Management) from Birla Institute of Technology & Sciences, Pilani. A mother of two, in her free time Nidhi loves to revive her hobby of painting oil on canvas as well as dancing Kathak. She also holds a Visharad in Kathak from Gandharva Mahavidyalaya, Mumbai.

Bharti Foundation was set up in 2000 with a vision 'to help underprivileged children and young people of our country realize their potential'.
